Some buyers decline insurance because they NEVER HAD A PROBLEM BEFORE and that's OK with us. But please be aware we keep proof of shipment receipts on file, and are NOT responsible for LOST or DAMAGED UNINSURED items.

Please allow 7 - 10 BUSINESS days for e-checks & Personal Checks to clear BEFORE  items are shipped!

RETURNS:
Defective merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase in its ORIGINAL packaging for a refund.  Please contact us at customercare@barbs-petpourri.com  WITHIN THREE DAYS of receipt of defective merchandise BEFORE returning. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer must pay for return postage.

TO OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

BarB's Petpourri isn't responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. If you have any questions regarding same, we strongly recommend that you speak with your customs office as to what additional costs your order might incur.

Because laws are different in every country, we cannot keep pace with the ever-constant changes. As a buyer, it is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products. We regret our edible items are not available outside of the US due to FDA regulations and restrictions.

If for any reason, at all, your package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. We are NOT responsible for any costs involved to return the package to us if it is refused at customs. If your package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are solely and completely responsible for any shipping charges. Should you refuse or abandon a shipment at Customs, please be aware that you are still responsible for all costs of the shipment, which is both shipping charges and costs of the items you have abandoned at Customs.

Therefore, we highly recommend and strongly encourage that you look into your country’s importing regulations prior to placing your order.
